Partner Programme terms

Version 2026-09-20

1. The programme

The Go Local Partner Programme allows approved partners to introduce local businesses to Go Local in return for commission on qualifying subscription revenue.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Go Local may accept, decline, suspend or close a partner account at its discretion.

2. Commission

Approved partners receive 15% of the subscription revenue actually collected by Go Local from each attributed customer during that customer's first 12 months.

Commission excludes VAT, advertising spend, payment-processing charges, third-party costs, refunds and chargebacks.

Commission is calculated from verified payment events and is always reviewed and approved by a Go Local administrator before payment.

No commission is payable on refunded, disputed, fraudulent, unpaid or cancelled transactions. Commission already recorded may be reversed if a payment is later refunded or disputed.

3. Attribution

Each approved partner receives a unique partner code and tracking link. Attribution is retained for 90 days from the visit.

Attribution is calculated on Go Local's servers and linked to the customer's order, Stripe customer and subscription records.

Where two partners could claim the same customer, Go Local decides attribution and records the decision.

4. Partner conduct

Partners operate independently from Go Local and are not employees, agents or representatives of Go Local.

Partners cannot change prices, offer unauthorised discounts, enter contracts on behalf of Go Local, or promise launch dates, acceptance or guaranteed results.

Go Local controls all quotations, contracts, billing and delivery.

Partners must not use misleading claims, spam, paid search bidding on Go Local brand terms, or any unlawful promotion.

5. Payment

Bank details are never collected during the application. Payment details are requested securely after approval.

Commission is paid only after administrator approval, following the payment schedule notified to the partner.

Partners are responsible for their own tax, National Insurance and, where applicable, VAT.

6. Data protection

Both parties will comply with UK data protection law. Partners must not add Go Local prospects to marketing lists without their consent.

Go Local shares only the information a partner needs to see about attributed leads and customers.

7. Changes and termination

Go Local may update these terms or the commission rate; changes apply to customers attributed after the change.

Either party may end the partnership at any time. Commission already approved for collected revenue remains payable.
